This 27 August to 1 November 2026, get a brand-new experience of stout at local coffee destination, Chye Seng Huat Hardware through its limited-time collaboration with Connor’s Stout Porter.
Connor’s Stout Porter offers a rich bitter taste with a creamy foam head and distinctive coffee and caramel notes, being brewed from four premium ingredients of brown malt, caramel malt, lager malt and roasted barley, Connor’s.
Be it stout-infused caramelised onions, stout mayo or a boozy affogato, the exclusive creations developed for this partnership, use the brew to bring out sweetness, balance richness and complement familiar flavours.
From 6pm onwards on all weekdays during this collaboration, every main purchased at Chye Seng Huat Hardware comes with a complimentary half pint (250ml) of Connor’s. Those looking to raise a full pint can enjoy Connor’s at S$10++ during happy hour, available daily from 6pm to 9pm (usual price S$15++). Please enjoy Connor’s Stout Porter responsibly.
Creations of Connor’s and Chye Seng Huat Hardware
Developed by Christina Ee, Head Chef at Chye Seng Huat Hardware, the three limited-time creations draw directly from Connor’s flavour profile, each using stout in a different way:
- The Stout Stack S$30++
A familiar comfort food gets a Connor’s twist. Juicy wagyu beef is topped with slow-caramelised onions infused with Connor’s Stout Porter, a sunny-side-up egg, fresh tomato and crisp lettuce, and served with fries.
- The Connor’s Grill S$12++
Smoky grilled chicken paired with Connor’s stout-infused mayo, where the stout’s gentle roasted and earthy bitterness cuts through the richness of the sauce.
- The Connor’s Affogato S$9.20++
A boozy take on the café classic featuring espresso, vanilla ice cream and Connor’s Stout Porter. The pairing draws on the caramel and chocolate notes shared by the stout and Chye Seng Huat Hardware’s house blend, with vanilla ice cream bringing the flavours together.
