There are a few common things that TFJ observed in all these French Charcuterie brands and their products:
- French charcuteries are created from the best quality meat, where the focus is on procuring meat bred in a hygienic and healthy environment. For that matter, many manufacturers rely only on the meat from animals bred by themselves.
- French cold cuts come with minimal preservatives. The manufacturers rely on traditional methods of curing the meat, like waiting till optimum drying so that chemicals like Nitrate are not required to preserve the products.
- French Deli has a longer shelf life as the focus of the manufacturers is to use the latest packaging technology.
French passion for producing the best and tastiest cold cuts, which is a part of their traditional cuisine, is unparalleled. That is the reason why restauranteurs and consumers worldwide seek French charcuterie products, whether for adding to delicacies or consuming them directly.
