PENTHOUSE WHISKY
There’s no other place to be during Singapore’s busiest weekend but the Fifty Raffles Place Penthouse. From 15th to 17th September, SEAR is showcasing an exquisite four-course whisky pairing experience with The Balvenie. Guests will be treated to four vintages of Balvenie whiskies, featuring Balvenie 12, 14, 17 and 21 years.
The menu, which is subject to availability, highlights include a perfectly cooked Sher Wagyu Tri Tip MBS 5-6 as well as a charcoal smoked Kurobuta Pork Cheek.

CRAFT BEER BEST
Situated at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, LeVeL33 is renowned for its fine selection of craft beers, and boasts sweeping views of the Marina Bay, giving its patrons a perfect view of the action on the street circuit. For just $33 cover charge, guests can catch the practice sessions on Friday night and the main race on Sunday night.

MARTINI MAJESTY
For one night only, Smoke & Mirrors will be opening their doors to the public over F1 weekend on Friday, 15 September 2017. In collaboration with Martini, guests will be spoilt with a selection of exclusive Martini drinks throughout the evening while being awed by one of the best track views in town.
The indoor lounge is priced at $98++ per person and includes three free drinks from a selection of house wine, draft beer, Lanson Champagne and Aperol Spumante cocktails.
Limited outdoor tables are still available with a minimum spend per person of $128++.
SPANISH FEVER
If you’re looking for some serenity away from the electricity of the Grand Prix season, UNA at One Rochester is the perfect place for you to bask in the tranquil surroundings while enjoying a decadent Spanish brunch buffet.
