LIME
Nothing builds an appetite quite like love. Head down to LIME to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a buffet ($178 per couple) filled with indulgent treats. Start off with French Oysters served with Champagne Jelly and Beluga Caviar, Vanilla-poached Lobster and Foie Gras Torchon with Rhubarb and Truffle Powder. At the live cooking stations, expect dishes like Squid Ink Pasta with sea urchin as well as Wagyu Tenderloin Rossini. Got a declaration of affection prepared? Head to the pastry corner, where you can pipe your message on personalised red velvet cakes. Other than food, there will also be a GIF booth with unlimited prints to take home, as well a stalk of rose for the ladies.

Serenity
Experience the romance of Spain at Serenity with a delicious four-course meal ($49 per pax, 4 courses includes a drink) this Valentine’s Day. Start off with a choice of soup including seafood, Catalan or a rustic garlic soup before picking Grilled Salmon, Grilled Chicken, or Vegetarian Pasta for your main. End off on a delightfully sweet note with their signature Homemade Chocolate Brownie, served with ice cream and chocolate sauce, or fresh, crispy churros with hot chocolate.

Birds of a Feather
Heat things up this Valentine’s Day with a bit of whimsy and a lot of spice Birds of a Feather. The Szechuan-inspired restaurant is offering a four-course meal ($199 per couple) this year, complete with two glasses on sparkling wine. Start off with either foie gras or cured salmon, both of which come embellished with Asian touches like glutinous rice cakes with the former, and Szechuan duck broth in the latter. Other highlights include a Spicy Oriental Bolognese with wilted kale, pork ragout, sakura ebi as well as a Hot & Sour Chazuke served with grilled barramundi and mentaiko in a piquant, mouth-watering broth. End of your meal on a sweet note with a white sesame parfait with osmanthus jelly, Szechuan rice wine, white fungus and red bean tang yuans.

Impress your date with spectacular views of Marina Bay and a gourmet treat at Me@OUE. Their six-course Valentine’s Day set menu ($220 per pax, $280 for additional wine and cocktail pairing) features dishes from the French, Japanese and Chinese kitchens. The elegant plates include dishes like Castaing Duck Breast with foie gras and Atlantic Black Cod served with nameko mushrooms and green ginger. The other seafood entree is the bountiful Seafood Paradise: a combination of unagi, Hokkaido scallop, lobster, tiger prawns, octopus and baby sardine. They also offer a 4-course option that’s available daily, which consists of the same courses, without the Atlantic Black Cod and a Gin and Tonic Salmon starter.

Sear Steakhouse
It’s great steaks and a view at Sear Steakhouse, perched on the 45th level of 50 Raffles Place. Their five course SEAR it With Love menu ($85 per pax) features dishes like Pickled Snow Pear with bacon, baby spinach and chorizo oil, and a smooth root vegetable velouté. For mains, choose from a Pira Grilled Mangalican Pork Loin or a classic 45 Days Dry Aged Australian Prime Bone-In Rib for two. Dessert is a mouth-watering Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse with popping candy, dehydrated jackfruit, berries, and chocolate soil.

Have a sweet tooth? Hit the bar at Swissôtel Merchant Court for a chocolate-themed wonderland of sugary treats at their Decadent Dessert Bar ($78 per couple, includes two glasses of moscato). They’ve got everything from macaroons, meringues and French pastries to homemade cakes and tarts. Throw in glasses of moscato and a dark chocolate fountain, and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect night. The dessert bar is situated in the heritage-inspired Crossroads Bar, where drinks are made with local fruits and spices, as well as herbs from their own garden, so grab a few cocktails while you’re at it.

Treat your date to a heady night opulence and high cuisine with their 6-course degustation menu ($278 per couple, $388 with wine pairing). Start off your meal with some Champagne before tucking into indulgent delights like Foie Gras Terrine and Boston Lobster Tortellini. The feasting doesn’t end there, as Wagyu ribeye also makes an appearance. End your meal with a Red Berry Pavlova with grenadine sherbert and premium Amadei “9” dark chocolate dip.
