Nutmeg & Clove
The bar adds three Chinese New Year-inspired cocktails ($18 each) to their repertoire of drinks inspired by Singapore’s heritage and culinary history. For something light, try the Huat Ah! cocktail, a light campari-based tipple that’s great to sip on while checking the lottery results. As a homage to the ubiquitous pineapple tarts, they’ve also created the Bacardi Carta Blanca-based The Prosperity Flip. The third is the more spirit-forward Chinatown cocktail, made with Bulleit Bourbon infused with Kim Joo Guan Bak Kwa, Sweet Vermouth and Shao Xing wine for a medley of sweet, savoury and smoky. 10 Ann Siang Hill Tel: 9389 9301
