Reboot your entire diet here, as they offer cold-pressed juices and nut milks (1-day cleanse for newbies starts from $135). There around 40 juices available, with a whole range of effects from clearing toxins to giving an immune system boost. #2 The Daily Cut
Meals here are fully customisable with their spiffy order form, where you pick your choice of proteins, carbs, sides, toppings and dressing to create your own protein salad (from $9 to $18). Favourites include ribeye steak and salmon, as well as their tangy ginger-ponzu dressing. The carbs offered here are all complex carbs, including brown rice and sweet potato, so you load on post-workout without feeling guilty.

#3 VeganBurg
Who says fast food is bad for you? Everything here is 100% made from plants, which leave a smaller carbon footprint compared to livestock and is of course, healthier. They’ve got vegan burgers, fries and even tofu hotdogs, which is a welcome change from the mystery-meat versions that people might be more familiar with. Popular items include their Cracked Mayo burger, which features crispy black pepper soy patty, non-dairy mayo and lettuce wedged between organic whole-wheat buns.

#4 WHEAT BAUMKUCHEN
Choose from soba, brown rice (they use a mix of half brown and half red rice) or salad to pair with mains like grilled salmon ($10), grilled prawns ($11.90) and even curry chicken ($7.90). They’re also recognised as a Healthier Dining Partner by the Health Promotion Board, and list the calorie count of all their items on the menu, which are all below 500 calories. They also offer Sriracha sauce, should you feel like kicking the flavours up a notch.

#5 Aloha Poké
One of the first places that started the whole poké trend. The hearty-yet-light bowl of marinated raw fish, rice and greens hails from Hawaii, where it’s a favourite among surfers. Aloha Poké offers theirs ($11.90 to $19.90) with a vegetarian option, as well as the choice addition of superfoods like chia seeds and avocado. To cheat a little, head to their Tiki Bar, where they’re serving Hawaiian staples like spam musubi ($11) and tiki drinks (from $16).

#6 Project Açaí
Singapore’s first dedicated cafe serves up the superfood berry in a bowl filled with the berry smoothie. The bowl ($6.80 to $13.50) is topped with heaps of fruits and other superfoods for a nutrient-packed snack or even meal. The acai berry is said to be packed full of antioxidants, as well as omegas 3, 6 and 9. They also offer acai smoothies ($8.50), which comes in flavours like coffee (Coffee America-no) and chocolate (Where Are My Chocolate Abs).

#7 Kitchen by Food Rebel
Their healthy, inclusive menu caters to vegans, vegetarians, athletes and people with intolerances. Everything is prepared from scratch, including their sauces and dressings, so you can be sure of everything that goes onto your plate. Their Rebel Chicken Burger ($22) features a patty made with hormone-free chickens, and comes with baked sweet potato fries. They also have plenty of carb-less options, like their Zoodle Bolognese ($18) – zucchini noodles with a minced beef sauce.
